The collective monograph entitled "Around the Management of Media (and Beyond): Commemorative Book for Prof. Bogusław Nierenberg on the Occasion of His 70th Birthday and 45th Anniversary of Work" is a publication containing summaries and personal reflections on the scientific achievements of the Jubilarian, as well as references to his journalistic and organizational activities both in public media and at the Jagiellonian University and Opole University. 

Dedicated to Professor Bogusław Nierenberg, the book presents his persona and activities in a multidimensional way, demonstrating his contribution to the development of media studies and management sciences. The publication consists of 25 chapters prepared by students, colleagues, friends, scientific partners, social activists, as well as representatives of public administration and business. According to Professor Teresa Sasińska-Klas, this book is an expression of recognition for the Professor and demonstrates that "his activity, courage, uncompromising attitude, openness of thought, scientific and research inventiveness, as well as clarity in diagnosing changes in public media happening before our eyes, have been significantly recognized and highly appreciated in the journalistic, managerial, and academic environment related to media and communication sciences and media management."
