Cookie settings are managed in Firefox Options. To access these settings: Click the menu button and select Options. Select the Privacy & Security panel. Cookie settings are under Content Blocking and Cookies and Site Data.
Go to Settings. Click Advanced in the left sidebar, and click Privacy & security. Under Privacy and security, click Site settings. Click Cookies.
