Pickup in person is possible the Jagiellonian University Press office during the working hours (8-15) at the following addresses:

1. ul. Michałowskiego 9/2, Kraków



To get into the building, press the door opening button and push the door. The entrance to the building is currently not adapted for wheelchair users.

2. ul. Cegielniana 4a, Kraków



Pickup in person is possible only if the User has made a prepayment via the PayU system or a payment to the Publisher's account. Cash payment is not possible. Confirmation of the order and payment must be submitted for Pickup in person.

In accordance with the internal rules of document flow at the Jagiellonian University, the Recipient is obliged to sign a copy of the invoice and the issue document (WZ).
