This publication is the result of the 4th conference in the series Research in the Cultural Sector, entitled (Co)creation, held on November 28 and 29, 2024 in Krakow, Poland, and organized in cooperation with the Institute of Culture at Jagiellonian University and the Institute for Cultural Organization Research. The monograph (as well as the related conference) focuses on three thematic areas that have a significant impact on the day-to-day operation of cultural organizations, which pose a kind of challenge to their mission and the implementation of cultural policies. These are firstly the topic of people involved in cultural activities, secondly environmental threats, and thirdly technological advances.
