Biography
As academic scope in qualitative and quantitative research methodology, I bring a diverse range of expertise and experience to the table. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, I am also the head of the CAQDAS Lab and oversee the Summer School for Qualitative Data Analysis and Research Methods. My scholarly pursuits encompass various disciplines, including Cognitive Sociology, Digital Sociology, Narrative Research Methodology and Analysis, Digital Humanities and Corpus Linguistics, CAQDAS, Content Analysis, Natural Language Processing, Text Mining, and Artificial Intelligence. In my work, I have utilized advanced techniques such as Content Analysis, CAQDAS, Qualitatve and Mixed Methods Research, Qualitative Data Modeling, often incorporating Natural Language Processing, Text Mining, and Artificial Intelligence. Prior to my current role, I held the position of Senior Consultant for Statistical Analysis and Data Mining at SPSS Polska (now ), where I also lectured at their Training Center. I assumed various roles at Jagiellonian University, such as the Rector’s Proxy for the Quality Assurance Evaluation System, a member of the Permanent Rector’s Commission for the Quality of Education, and Dean Proxy for the Quality Assurance Evaluation System at the Institute of Sociology. I developed and introduced the University System of Evaluation, Research, and Data Analysis of the Education Process. I am a member of CLARIN PL scientific board in the field of Social Sciences.
