Biography
Ewa Bal is Performance Studies professor at the Jagellonian University in Krakow (Poland) and visiting professor at Italian and Spanish Universities, giving lectures in English, Spanish, Italian and Polish. Her major academic interests are the cultural mobility of performance and theater, minority language theater and performance, translation studies, gender and queer studies, and (de)postcolonial studies.
